I started baking in school as part of my curriculum. I attended cooking/baking classes and at home I was baking Bread from scratch (no Bread machine) with my mom. Started 8am and pulling it out of the oven at 2pm. I would sell the loaf/loaves to neighbors and friends of the family. After graduation, I found other recipes I wanted to experiment with, so I of course had the help. when I moved out, I never stopped, I continued on, and now have registered a sole proprietorship called Sunset Bakery. There have been some bumps in the road but that's expected. It's my first time at this. this is how Sunset Bakery came to be. Starting out in high school ending now.
